    Refund Policy

    The goods being exchanged are subject to the following conditions:

    • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
    • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags/labels attached.
    • Gift with purchase item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags/labels attached.
    • Use of discount codes & sale items: if you would like to return an item that was purchased as part of one of our promotions (example: buy 2 get 1 free, 30% off any bra & legging bundle, etc) - then we consider the item you choose to keep as being the full price item, if it does not meet the promotion requirement.

    Please note that:

    • After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange.
    • We aim to make this process as fast and smooth as possible, but due to the high demand of our products, we are unable to hold any items under any circumstances.
    • When returning items, please enclose your invoice and write the reason for your return, if faulty, what was wrong with the item or if the wrong size, which size you would like to exchange for etc.
    • The return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer.

    HOW DO I APPLY FOR A RETURN? 

    • Enter your order number and email address on the next page 
    • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
    • Please keep a record of your parcel tracking number - think of this as your proof of return. 

    HOW LONG DOES THIS TAKE?

    • This shouldn't take too long once we have received the parcel at our Returns address, so please keep an eye on your returns parcel tracking.
    • We will send you an email to notify you of next steps.
    • If the goods are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via store credit or original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • If you are contacting us about the progress of your returned parcel, please let us know your courier and tracking number as we cannot trace your parcel without this information.

    RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

    If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, we will happily meet our legal and good-natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
